Everett Public Schools fosters tech-enabled learning, promoting collaboration and safety. In our district we utilize both Office 365 and Google for Education environments.Our community backs technology use, valuing digital safety. Board-approved policies (Policy 5225 / 5225P) ensure staff and students' responsibility and protection, highlighting appropriate guidelines.

Canvas, our district's Learning Management System, houses staff resources, training, teacher-student courses, and portals for various groups, including office and instructional staff. All staff are enrolled in the EPS Portal, which offers general training and access to other portals. Staff logins are typically automatic, but if you encounter issues, please open a HelpDesk Web ticket.    

EPS employees will be provided a district login, please look for an email from IfasWF@everettsd.org with your temporary login instructions. Staff will be asked to reset password upon initial log in.
