Washington Youth ChalleNGe Academy

The Washington Youth ChalleNGe Academy (WYCA) is part of the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program and is a state-run residential (5½ months) and post-residential (2-year) program for youth 15.5-18 years old who have dropped out of high school or at risk due to credit deficiency and other risk factors. The WYCA holds two classes each year, starting in January and July.
