A partnership of Volunteers of America Western Washington and United Way of Snohomish County. North Sound 2-1-1's Information and Referral Specialists assist callers using a comprehensive database of health, welfare, and recreation resources. Financial assistance for medically necessary services is based on family income and hospital resources and is provided to children under age 21 whose primary residence is in Washington, Alaska, Montana or Idaho.
