For the convenience of our community, we will continue to stream board meetings via Zoom.
Public comment procedure for school board meetings.
During each regular meeting, at the time established on the agenda, the board president will recognize individuals who wish to speak to the board. Individuals may appear in person or virtually (via Zoom) to speak to the board.
- If you would like to address the board in-person you may print this online form and bring with you to the meeting, or fill out a printed copy at the board meeting.
- If you would like to address the board via Zoom, please fill out all sections on this form and submit by 3:30 p.m. the day of the board meeting.
- At 4:30 p.m., please sign in to the Zoom board meeting and wait to be called for comment. From the BoardDocs login page, click "Enter Public Site," then click on the Zoom link.
