Purpose
The district has developed an advisory council to provide perspective on and assess the districtwide student wellness policy. The committee will comprise family, staff and students. The wellness policy contains guidance on both food and nutrition as well as physical education. The committee will meet to review the policy as well as school compliance reports.
The committee will meet two times this school year: November 18, 2024 and May 5, 2025.
Each meeting will be 90 minutes and will be held at the Community Resource Center at 3900 Broadway.
