ParentVUE


  • ParentVUE is a secure online portal that gives families a direct connection to their student’s learning journey. With instant updates and easy access to attendance, schedules, and grades, ParentVUE keeps families informed and engaged in their student’s progress throughout the school year. With one login, you can view records for all your children enrolled in any school in the district. 


        


    Activating your ParentVUE account

    Parents/guardians were sent an activation email with instructions to set up their ParentVUE account.

    • Check your inbox for an email from Synergy Mail (synergy@everettsd.org) with the subject line "EPS New Student Info System Login." 
    • Follow the instructions provided in the message.  Check out step-by-step instructions for activating your account.
    • If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Still can’t find it? Open a Help Desk ticket to request a ParentVUE activation code
     
    Enrolling parent/guardian who uses our online registration system to register their student will use the same username and password to log in to ParentVUE once enrollment has been confirmed by the school—no activation required.

  • Gradebook View student's grades, assignments and test scores and monitor academic progress in real time.
  • Calendar View school and district events, important dates, and assignment deadlines.
  • Class Schedule View your student’s full daily class schedule, including teachers, class names, and periods.
  • Report Card View your student's report card at the end of each term for high school students (end of semester of elementary and middle schools).
