Payroll staff handle benefits and taxes for more than 2,000 full and part-time employees each month--12 months of the year--including employees paid via electronic and paper time sheets and those paid on contracted salary. Additionally, payroll staff handle leave requests, garnishments, and retirement processes.

2021 W2 forms have been issued to Employee Online and paper copies were mailed on January 21 to those employees not consenting to electronic copies or who have resigned or retired in 2021.
2021 1095-C Affordable Care Act documents have also been issued electronically on Employee Online, however due to supply chain shipping delays, paper copies are expected to be mailed the first week of February. It is not necessary to wait for form 1095-C in order to file your 2021 taxes. Taxpayers can prepare and file their returns using other information about their health insurance as these forms are not submitted in the return process.
