Go to SmartFind or call 425-320-1337
To create your PIN call phone number above, enter your employee ID as you temporary PIN, you will then be prompted to created a 6 digit PIN and record your name (not recomended to begin with "0").

Absences are reported and preferred substitute requested in SmartFindExpress and you can update your email address, change password, review past, current and future assignments, and even cancel an assignment if it has not yet started.
Absence times and substitute times do not have to entered for the same times. For example, if your absence is for the "entire day," from 8:30 - 4:00, but you only need a substitute for coverage during the morning, you can change the substitute time to 8:30 - 12:15, the menu presents you with separate areas that allow you to make those designations on your job!
Remember that a half day sub is 3 hours 45 minutes or less, anything over that is a full day, which is 7 hours 30 minutes. If you request a full day sub on early release days, the sub will need to stay for the full 7 hours and 30 minutes.
If you need to report an absence in arrears or provide backup documentation to a special absence, please print out and complete the Payroll Absence Verification Form and return it to the Payroll department.
