    Employee Information

    If your 2019-20 employee work calendar begins before August 17, 2019 you should have received a Welcome Letter from netpost@aesoponline.com. lf you did not receive the welcome email and are scheduled to work before August 17 email subservices@everettsd.org to request the welcome letter be sent again. 

    School Year Employees can begin reporting absences occurring between August 27 - June 2020 mid-August. You will receive the Welcome email when Frontline Absence Management is available to you. The beginning of a school year operational practices, such as employee specific work calendars, account code changes, personal leave balance calculations, etc., prevent us from being able to open the system to all employees. Therefore, absences occurring August 27, 2019 through June 2020 cannot be reported until mid-August

    Web Access:  You can interact with Frontline Absence Management on the internet. Simply click the link or type it into your web browser https://login.frontlineeducation.com/sso/everettsd. If you have not yet logged into Frontline inside the district network, open Google Chrome, locate Frontline for Employees in the managed bookmarks. No log in credentials will be required within the district network.  You will receive a popup if you are outside of the district network. Simply use your network login information (employee ID + password).

    Mobile App AccessAfter you have logged into Absence Management, you can download the Frontline Education mobile app. The four-digit invitation code is 7354. After entering the invitation code, select Sign In with Organization Single Sign On. Enter your district email address and select Look up organization sign in page. Enter your Everett Public Schools Username and Password to sign in.  For more information regarding the mobile app click here.

    Dial-In AccessYou can call Frontline toll-free at 1-800-942-3767.  Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences. We recommend that you call in to check the computer recording of your name and title.  To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.

     

    Substitute Information

    Substitutes will have access to Frontline July 30. Please watch for an email sent to your personal email address with more information and training opportunities. We will need your assistance to update your substitute preferences for locations.

If you have not created an account with Frontline, please email Subservices@everettsd.org and request an invitation.

    SmartFind is available until July 31, 2019 for you to save any information on your absence or substitute history.
